The space You walk up the steps to the main front door, on the left is the key safe, walk into the entrance hallway & the door to the apartment is on the right. You enter the flat into the sunny, light filled main living area, with high ceilings & large windows, typical of these Victorian properties. Decorated & furnished with a contemporary beach vibe throughout. There's a comfy sofa/sofabed (sleeping 2) armchair & coffee table. In the corner are a table & chairs, perfect for use as a workspace (strong wifi) as well as for eating. The cozy bedroom has a king-size bed, a pair of bedsides & hanging space. Go down the hallway & you'll find the kitchen, there's an induction hob, under counter fridge, microwave & oven combo & a breakfast bar with a couple of stools. Through the kitchen, you'll find the shower room & loo. Guest access The entrance to the raised ground floor apartment is up a set of steps, into a communal hallway. You'll have the entire space solely for your use. Other things to note Just a polite note,please be mindful of our neighbours & keep noise to a minimum, especially after 8 pm & early mornings. It's an old house & sound travels. Downstairs flats bedroom is below the sitting room & upstairs work shifts. Whilst we happily welcome children, can we please ask that they don't run up & down the hall, especially in the mornings, downstairs has commented on it. This is a no smoking apartment. NO PARTIES.
