90 sq.m apartment on the 25th floor with views over the harbour. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a balcony along the front of the whole unit. The apartment is fully equiped for long stays and working from home. Ideally located with walkable restaurants, bars and quick access to main roads and beaches. The complex has NO load shedding (aka scheduled power cuts) and a pool and gym on the 27th floor. The space The apartment has a big open plan kitchen and living room with a couch and a dining table ( that we also use as a second working space). All Smeg appliances with a washing machine/dryer combo. The front bedroom has 2 single beds (or a big one if pushed together), and a desk space. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a nice window. There is a balcony in front of the whole room. The back room is slightly smaller with a king bed and an en-suite with a shower. Guest access Building is access controlled with a security desk on the ground floor and a keyless smart lock for self check-in. Other things to note For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and shower amenities are provided.
