A lovingly renovated house with well proportioned room, homely & stylish, within walking distance to the the popular Llandanwg beach. A large gated driveway with parking for plenty of cars and safe for your 4 legged friends! The garden is in the form of a wrap around terrace and private patio. The house is 5 minutes by car to the nearest shop and pub and 5 minutes the other way to Harlech, only a five minute walk to the train station where you can access anywhere along the coast. The space Kick off your wellies/walking boots/flip flops in the porch which leads to an inviting hallway. From the hall is the kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. The newly fitted kitchen/diner has seating for 6 and all mod cons including Nespresso machine and pods (to get you started) and an air-fryer. It has fridge, freezer oven, hob and dishwasher too. French doors lead out to the patio where you will find table and chairs for 6, easy chairs and a couple of sun loungers. You will also find cushions and blankets for the outdoor furniture in the storage box by the log store. We have a great gas barbecue for your convenience too. Into the lounge you will find soft sprawling sofas and a log burner to cosy up in front of. Take a book from the shelf and relax. Upstairs we have a super king-size room with views of the sea and estuary, a large twin room and a cosy double with mountain views all decorated in calm and neutral tones. There is a brand new family bathroom with rainforest shower over the bath and complimentary Welsh toiletries. We provide only the best bed linen and towels to make your stay feel home from home. We also provide tea towels, dish cloths, washing up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials so you don't have to bring it all with you. You will need to bring your own beach towels and a picnic blanket if required. You can access a utility from the rear of the property which houses a washing machine / drying area and toilet. We hope you find everything you need to have the perfect getaway. Guest access Access is to the entire property. Y Maes Cafe located at the entrance to Llandawg beach is only a five minute walk away, open all year round (Nov-Apr weekends only) serves good quality coffee and a selection of hot & cold food (including gluten free & organic)
