The space The house we rent is a full-use duplex. It's in a quiet, family-friendly area. On the ground floor, it has a living room, equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, the kitchen equipped with an oven and butane stove, washing machine and dishwasher, with ample kitchenware, a toilet and two terraces. The front terrace is attached to the living room, has magnificent ocean views and access to the pier and beach. The rear terrace is linked to the kitchen and has access to the street. The top floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds convertible into a double bed, and the third with a large single bed. One full Bathroom. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The building has another apartment, on the same property, which is also available for rent, in case the group is larger. Guest access The duplex and its 2 terraces are for the exclusive use of guests. There is also a common patio and a semi-basement with some uses to be shared among the people staying in 3 apartments. The patio has a wood and charcoal barbecue, a wood-fired Arab oven, and a platform with a sink. There are also 2 outdoor showers and 1 indoor shower in a shed. In the basement, there is a shared area with 8 bicycles of various sizes and 1 family canoe for 2 adults and 1 child. There is also a small apartment for private use, as a supplement for guests staying in the 2 rental apartments in case they need more beds because there are more people than initially planned or because they have friends visiting. The apartment has a single room with a kitchen, a small table, 3 single 80-cm pull-out beds, and a bathroom. Other things to note Calabardina is a small and quiet village 7 kilometers from downtown Águilas, the municipality to which it belongs, which has 36 beaches. Calabardina has a health center and pharmacy, several beach bars in the summer, a restaurant and supermarket, a fishmonger, etc. The 2 main beach bars are very close to the duplex and next to the beach. The most recent is El Pantalán, which has an outdoor bar and restaurant, with good fish. It also has a drinks area from 9 pm to 2 am. Beautiful colorful decoration and very good ambient music.
