The 3rd Street Retreat

Tucked into the heart of Grangeville, ID, your cozy little house awaits! Whether you are here for work; to play on the rivers, to hunt & fish, to snowmobile, ski or run; to just spend time with friends and family; or something else we hope you enjoy your stay and find everything you need in your home away from home. The space We have stayed in numerous vacation rentals as a family and used those experiences to setup this home in a warm and welcoming way. We hope you find the space relaxing and comfortable for your entire family or group. House has three cozy bedrooms each with a full closet. An open living room/dining area connected to the kitchen. Guest have access to one of two hall closets and the coat closet in the living room. Guest access An attached car port for off street parking for 1 vehicle with space for additional vehicles to park on the street. The ront door has a digital keypad for easy entry. You will be provided an unique door code that is valid for the duration of your stay. The backyard is fenced (no gate on the east corner of the house), features a brick patio, three young fruit trees, a large shade tree and a garden box with veggies. Feel free to pick and eat any produce in the backyard during your stay. (Please respect and stay out of the neighbors the large garden lot to the west) The front yard is flat with nice grass. Landscaping separates it from the street making a nice area to lounge or play games with children. Guest have exclusive use of the property during there stay. Other things to note 50" TV in the living room and 32" TV in the main bedroom. Both have YouTube TV available. WiFi is provided in the home and has historically been reliable. However, given our rural location we are unable to guarantee internet service as we are at the mercy of our ISP and the fact that our community is served by a single fiber optic line. Additionally, amenities are also not guaranteed but we will do everything we can to ensure they are available. Bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock.
