Tennis court & outdoor pool . Both usable by prior arrangement & Pool subject to being up & running (Normally 1st June - 31st August). Electric bike hire available in Woodbridge. Excellent base to explore Suffolks beautiful towns, villages and coastal areas . The space Light airy & sunny. It was built recently, replacing a coach house in the same location, in a classic style but modern & spacious. It is one up one down comprising a downstairs living area with self-catering facilities seating area & TV. Dual-aspect french doors opening onto a small rustic private garden with its own small patio. Upstairs a bedroom with king size bed & ensuite shower-room with large walk-in shower, basin/WC. Oak floors throughout with underfloor heating downstairs. There is a compact micro cooking area including 2 Ring Induction Hob, small Sink, small worktop/Chopping area, Fridge/Freezer, Combi Oven/Grill/Microwave, kettle & toaster (No dishwasher). Cooking facilities are really for preparing breakfast & light meals & while fairly comprehensive they are not ideal say for cooking Christmas dinner for 8! I am in Hasketon which is a small dispersed rural village (No shop). If you want birdsong, roses, rustic country surroundings, a large r garden, peace & quiet, a ramble to the pub along a country lane & an over-friendly labrador you've found the right place.
