A quiet and peaceful place but in an excellent location between Rawai center and Nai Harn beach. The bungalow has combined bedroom/living area with a small kitchen. Bed is king size, so comfortable space for 2 people. You have a workspace available. The bungalow is furnished, with a kitchenette. In the common area - right from your door, there is a well-maintained swimming pool, deckchairs and a garden. You can enjoy your meal on the terrace or have a drink by the pool. Suitable for remote workers and long-term renters. Parking in the resort is possible, but has a limit number of spaces. Better to use motorbike in Thailand anyway. Guest access Guests can freely (and of course reasonably) use shared outdoor equippment. Make new friends with outdoor dinner! Garden is also shared place for all guests. Other things to note For long term stay, the fee for the collection of water, electricity and waste is not included in the price. The current price and numbers from the official counter will be written upon arrival and leaving. It´s important to note, that we don´t profit from this fees: these charges are remitted directy to the goverment. No internet fee. You can use the washing machine for a small fee for each load. It is also possible to buy a large bottle of water. Additional cleaning and bed linen are available for a fee. Each guest is responsible for his own property, the premises are not guarded and fenced.
