Only 12 minutes from downtown Lexington and 10 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park. Fantastic street opportunities for running, cycling, and photo walks. The apartment is above a garage, with a personal entrance, and completely detached from the house. Guests will have to walk through the garage to enter the apartment. The space The space is a studio apartment situated above a detached garage. It has a bedroom area, a sitting area, and a full bath with a small shower. The space also has a kitchen, but it is not a functional/working kitchen and is not stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The stovetop/oven is not operational. However, there is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The space has six large skylights; it does not have side wall windows. Guest access Guests enter through a side garage door. Once in the garage, there is a stairwell that goes up to the space.
