Rapid access to the wine route and the green route. 15mins to CNPE du Blayais, Bussac Forêt, Blaye and Montendre for professionnals. 5mins walk to CFM for students. Private terrasse. Free parking. Swimming pool and garden shared with the owners (and their animals). The space Comfortable cottage with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Semi private terrasse (your own space but without fencing), leading onto the garden et the pool. Streaming services available (you will need your own accounts). Both the pool and the garden are shared with the owners and their son (friendly and discreet people) aswell as their super sociable dog and two cats (one very inquisitive, the other less so). Be aware that the pool is non heated and opened between beginning of May and end of September (mid April to mid October weather allowing) Guest access You are welcome to use the garden and pool freely. The sheltered area by the pool is normally reserved to us - that also doubles up as shelter for pool related items. Other things to note The pool is open between early May and end of September (unless exceptional weather allows for slightly longer, either side of those dates, do enquire). The garden is shared with us (a couple and a 10 year old boy) and our animals (1 dog and 2 cats). Your animal will be welcome on the condition that he/she is sociable and used to both cats and dogs.
