Guest access The building is located in a very convenient and accessible area, with easy access to a variety of services that will make guests’ stay more comfortable. The ski lift is only a 3-minute walk away, and Plaza de Andalucía, with its lively atmosphere and varied shops, is less than a 10-minute walk away. In the surrounding area, guests will find restaurants serving local and international cuisine, supermarkets, basic grocery and snack shops, as well as bars, cafes and other shops to cover daily needs during a visit to Sierra Nevada. Other things to note Legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. It is compulsory for all guests to provide a National Identity Card or passport for registration with the Spanish National Police. This will be requested only for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via a link. Rubbish must be deposited in the green bins installed in the streets from 20.00 to 23.00 hours from Monday to Saturday.
