The space The apartment includes: -1 bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed - 1 bathroom with a modern shower -A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for extended stays -A cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with Netflix -A private patio with space to dine or work Guest access Guests have access to all shared amenities within the complex, including the swimming pool, gym, and rooftop area. Other things to note **IMPORTANT INFO** WATER: For your convenience, you can use filtered drinking water through the small tap in the kitchen. Please use this tap for drinking. The other kitchen tap is for general use only. ELECTRICITY: An electricity allocation of 6 tokens per day is provided, which is more than enough for the comfortable use of all appliances. Any usage above this allocation will be charged at $1 per token. To help stay within the daily allocation, please switch off the water heater when it is not in use. CLEANING: During your stay, we provide two complimentary apartment cleanings every 7 days. Cleanings are scheduled every other day, but can be adjusted to your preference. Additional cleanings can be arranged at $10 per cleaning. LINENS: Fresh towels and bedding are provided at the start of your stay. For longer stays, towels and bed linen are changed twice every 7 days as part of our regular housekeeping service. COFFEE, TEA & SPICES: For your convenience, we provide instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil to help you get started during your stay. DAMAGES: Please report any damages as soon as they occur so we can address them promptly. Guests may be charged for replacements or repairs where necessary. Receipts can be provided upon request.
