The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, sink, counter top stove, counter top oven, Keurig coffee maker and various utensils, dishes, glassware and cookware for guest use. Coffee, tea, sugar and stevia are provided. Guest access You'll have access to the studio with a completely autonomous entry and parking. There's a private seating area right up front, and a patio with a propane fireplace, shared with other guests. Other things to note Well behaved pets, under 20 lb, allowed only. No cats due to allergy! Must agree to pet fee added to your stay at the time of check in. PETS WILL NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED. 50$ Penalty will be applied.
