There are four bedrooms, each featuring comfortable memory foam mattresses, blackout window treatments, full closets and dressers within the closet. Master bedroom has a king bed. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin sized daybed with an additional trundle bed. There is a full bathroom with a bath tub in the hallway and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower within the master bedroom. There is a 2-car garage with laundry space in the garage. The backyard features a covered patio with outdoor dining space, lounge chairs, and a hammock. The home has central air conditioning and heat. Portable crib is available on request. Guest access Guest can access the entire house including the 2 car garage. Other things to note This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Per Sonoma County ordinance on vacation rentals, amplified music is not permitted on the patio or backyard, and quiet hours are 9pm-8am and strictly enforced. No events are allowed on the premises. Unless previously agreed, there are to be no pets allowed in the home that are not accounted for in the booking. There will be an additional fee of $80 per pet if there is more than one pet. Failure to observe these house rules can result in immediate cancelation of the reservation with no refund. Additional fees up to twice the daily rent amount may be charged if guests overstay the reservation.
