The space Your studio of approximately 50m2 is on the top floor of my sunny house. It provides a lot of privacy because we only share the stairs and the hallway. There is a spacious bedroom with separate light walk-in shower and toilet. From your bedroom you can step onto the large roof terrace with a spectacular view! Of course there is a coffee machine so you can start your morning with a nice cup of coffee. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. It’s also possible to rent an additional room. Guest access You have access to your studio via the shared front door and the stairs. During your stay I always enjoy giving tips about my city. I am available by phone or chat. If I am there myself, I do enjoy a nice chat. Other things to note It is good to know that parking on the street is very expensive. It is possible to rent the parking space in my covered parking garage. That is cheaper and your car is safe and close by. Sometimes my son and daughter are in the house too.
