Banyan Resort room 502

This suite in a tropical, historic resort has all of the comforts of home including a kitchen and large deck. Perfectly located in the heart of Old Town one block from Duval Street. There are two pools, a jacuzzi and a tiki bar. The space room 502 at the Banyan Resort- see property map on the resort web site Other things to note This is one week in a time share resort. The resort requires that we get your name, phone number, address and email prior to your stay and you must be 25 or older to stay here. There is an additional $25 daily resort fee and parking is available on a first come first serve basis for $35 a day. The cleaning fee at the end of the stay is included but you will be charged 7 dollars a day by the resort for daily fresh towels, trash pickup and weekly linen change. This unit is on the first floor but there are a few stairs to get to it. Being located in the heart of Key West, you can expect to hear the daily sounds of roosters and at times music from nearby bars.
