The space You will stay in a stylish, large and airy apartment (about 24 m²) in a detached family house, with a large garden, beautiful terrace and a relaxation pavilion. Parking is free on the street. A garage for storing bicycles is also available free of charge. The apartment is located on the east side of the house on the ground floor and has a separate entrance from the common house entrance area. The apartment includes an anteroom (about 8 m2) with a wardrobe and the newly renovated bathroom with shower/toilet. All rooms are connected to each other by connecting doors. You will use the entire area to yourself. Guests can use our fully furnished, large, sunny terrace and the relaxation pavilion at any time. The house is in a quiet location, in the approx. 300 meters away in a wooded area with many cycling and walking paths. Isar is about 5 km from the house. Supermarket in about 500 m, many nice restaurants in the surrounding area. Guest access You have a shared entrance with hosts, but your apartment is separate. Guests can use the large garden and the beautiful sunny terrace. Other things to note FACILITIES: The ROOM was completely renovated and newly equipped in the summer of 2022: the king-size bed 1.80 x 2.00 m with a new comfortable mattress, a new fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area with a real wood table, a bench with two comfortable armchairs, a spacious farm cabinet, a wooden sideboard, a console table with a large mirror and many small extras such as rustic wooden bedside tables with ceramic lamps and a stylish bench. The carpets are made of real virgin wool. High-quality bed linen as well as hand and shower towels are provided (for longer stays, these are changed weekly). Two large radiators and partial underfloor heating. The ROOM has Internet TV, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the apartment. The new KITCHEN is equipped with a refrigerator, glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker with capsules, egg cooker, toaster and various kitchen utensils. The breakfast and dinner dishes & cutlery are also included in the furnishings. Several types of coffee and tea are also available. The ANTECHAMBER is equipped with a solid wood wardrobe, a large mirror, a comfortable bench, a shoe rack and a wooden table. The newly renovated bathroom has a toilet, a modern shower, a towel dryer and is equipped with various utensils. Smoking is NOT allowed in the entire house. Pets are NOT allowed. Unregistered guests and parties are NOT allowed.
