Modern and cozy - Queen.

Relax in this spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen TV with Netflix. Street parking available. The house is new and modern but cozy. You are welcome to all the common space amenities: Living room (fireplace and TV), dining room, kitchen, laundry. We also have a nice sitting area with a desk if you need to get some work done. We have a medium size dog who likes people but is aggressive toward other dogs so we cannot host pets. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! The space Your room has a queen bed which is adjustable if you like to read or watch TV. There is also a refrigerator for your convenience. Your sink area is private. The toilet/shower portion of the bathroom is a shared space (but only if there are other guests staying at that time). Guest access You are welcome to use the common spaces such as living room, office/sitting room, kitchen, dining room - just please clean up after yourself (dishes, etc.) During your stay We live here and are always available or reachable. We love meeting new people and socializing but value your privacy and downtime. Other things to note We have an older pup. She is about knee-high. While she likes and is friendly toward people, she is aggressive toward other dogs so I cannot host pets.
