Casa Simona is an independent home for up to 5 guests, with a private patio and garden overlooking the colorful town and the sea. Bright interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable, authentic stay, just steps from the life of Positano and with your own outdoor space to enjoy. The space Casa Simona is an independent home in traditional Positano style, welcoming and bright, designed to accommodate up to 5 guests. The interiors reflect an authentic local atmosphere, with well-organized spaces and plenty of natural light. The living area is spacious and comfortable, featuring a sofa bed, smart TV, air conditioning and dining area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the town. The fully equipped kitchen is practical and functional, with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed for independent cooking. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and a large wardrobe, while the single bedroom is cozy and perfect for an additional guest or child. The bathroom is complete, with a large shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and courtesy set. Outside, the private patio with small garden is one of the most charming features of the house. Furnished with table and chairs, surrounded by plants, it offers breathtaking views over Positano and the sea, perfect for slow breakfasts, relaxing moments or sunset dinners. Guests are provided with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, a set of three towels per guest and courtesy toiletries. Guest access Check-in takes place in person, with a member of our staff welcoming guests upon arrival. Please make sure to agree on your arrival time in advance: guests will be contacted privately to arrange the check-in smoothly. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm. For arrivals after this time, a late check-in fee applies, to be paid in cash upon arrival: from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm → €30 from 10:30 pm to 12:00 am → €50 from 12:00 am to 2:00 am → €80 Check-out is required by 10:00 am. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including indoor spaces and the private patio. Other things to note Casa Simona does not offer private parking. There are paid public parking facilities nearby, with daily rates starting from around €50 per day. Due to the central location and the layout of the town, a car is not recommended, as walking, public transport and ferries are often more convenient. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid ID, which is mandatory for registration with the local authorities. The tourist tax applies from April to October, is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. For the municipality of Positano, the tax is €2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Guests under 18 are exempt, according to local regulations.
