We invite you to live a genuine nature experience! The space Casa 7 was designed for family relaxation and enjoying nature. This warm home features excellent natural light and beautiful views from every room, located within an exclusive private gated community. Layout: First Floor: Living room, dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. It includes a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom. Second Floor: Cozy family room with a TV and board games. It features a bedroom with two double beds, a full bathroom, and a master bedroom with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Private Outdoors: Private garden with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture for your comfort. Common Areas: Guests have access to one parking space, a volleyball court, and the swimming pool. Guest access GUEST ACCESS Guests will have full private access to Casa 7 and its private garden. PRIVATE SPACES: Indoor: Living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, TV room, and 3 bedrooms (including a Master suite with a King-size bed). OUTDOOR: Private garden with a fire pit and BBQ grill area. COMMON AREAS at Condominio Capulí: Guests are welcome to use: The swimming pool and volleyball court. Private parking for 01 vehicle. Arrival Information: Condominio Capulí is located in a peaceful rural area. Access is via a dirt road (unpaved), which ensures privacy and quiet. Depending on the season, the road may have the natural irregularities of a countryside route; we recommend being prepared for an authentic rural setting. Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We want you to enjoy a true getaway experience. Since we are located in a rural, non-urban area, please keep the following in mind: UTILITIES: Due to our countryside location, water or electricity services may occasionally experience brief interruptions or limitations. ACCESS: The road leading to the house is a dirt road (unpaved, no sidewalks). Depending on the season, the road conditions may vary and access can be more challenging. ATMOSPHERE: This is the perfect spot for those seeking nature and peace, away from the city’s rush.
