Nice apartment located in the Legazpi neighborhood, south of Madrid, a quiet and well-located area given its proximity to the South bus station, and the good metro connection (Legazpi 1 minute away and Arganzuela-Planetario less than 10) Easy to get to the center with metro line 3 that arrives at Puerta del Sol in less than 15 minutes and Atocha station in 15-20 minutes. The space The apartment is located on the THIRD FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It has 3 bedrooms (one of them en suite and with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. The other two bedrooms have portable fans. The kitchen is American with a living/dining room and has air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite dish. For hot water there is an 80-liter electric water heater. Guest access The entire place. Other things to note THIRD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. 3RD FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR! There's a restaurant and disco downstairs where you can enjoy it.
