Full of rustic charm and laid-back vibes, this 900-square-foot beach home is a rare gem for small families, couples, or solo travelers who want the privacy of a house without the price tag of a larger property. Located just 30 steps from the sugar-white sands, this cozy coastal retreat offers Gulf views, a fun loft area, and shaded outdoor hangout spaces, plus it’s pet-friendly with approval! The main level features an open living room and kitchen, a breakfast bar for two, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is compact but stocked with essentials and includes a two-eye stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and a full-size fridge. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the full bathroom with a single-person shower. Upstairs, the loft includes a queen bed, a small futon sofa, and a half bath, best suited for kids, teens, or adventurous adults due to the low ceiling and spiral staircase. Outside, you’ll find an upper deck with seating and Gulf views, a shaded lower deck with a grill, dining space, TV, laundry room, and an additional full-size fridge and ice maker. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days! Violation of this rule may result in cancellation and/or eviction. Check-in Times: Homes: 5:00 PM Condos: 4:00 PM Check-out Time: 10:00 AM for all units. No exceptions can be made to the check-in or check-out times at this time. PET POLICY: Some of our properties are pet-friendly. Pets are only allowed if the unit is advertised as such, and the non-refundable pet fee per pet has been applied to the rental agreement. Individual pet restrictions apply depending on the property. Must be friendly, non-aggressive breeds. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification, the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
