New River Hideaway *private bedroom and bath*

This cozy, non-smoking home offers a private bedroom with a private joining bath. Enjoy a peaceful time with nature at the home or the river and parks nearby. Travel Nurses Welcomed! -3.3 miles (6 min) to a New River boat access. Less than 5 miles to 4 different New River Trail access points. 8 miles (14 min) to Twin County Regional Healthcare. 7 miles (10 min) to Felts Park I previously traveled for work, so I am use to sharing space. Furry friends will welcome you here! The space Your room and bathroom are on the main level of the house along with the kitchen, living area, laundry room, garage entrance and deck access. No stairs are required in your areas of the house. I occupy the upstairs room and bathroom as well as the shared areas of the house. Callie, my 6 year old yorkie will be in my area or shared areas only. Guest access The kitchen, laundry room, living area and outside deck area are shared with me. The upstairs area, basement and garage are not shared areas. There is a TV in your private room with an Amazon Firestick for streaming. During your stay I like to provide space and privacy to guests. You can set the pace for how much interaction you'd like to have. However, should you need anything I will be available to assist. Other things to note This house is a second home to a neighbors dog, Jill. She is friendly and loves to come visit guests. There is also a cat who roams outside and loves to greet guests as well. They enjoy lounging in the garage or on the deck. I have an inside dog, Callie. She is hypoallergenic and will only be in shared spaces. She will not be in your room or bathroom.
