Guest access The entrance to the apartment is completely autonomous thanks to our smart electronic lock, which allows access at any time after check-in time, without the need for face-to-face contact. Ideal for late night arrivals or flights. In addition, the building has strict entry control. To authorize access, it is mandatory to fill out the link with the information for all guests on the reservation in advance. 👶 Minors' income: All minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one of their parents, as established by Law 300 of 1996 (Code of Conduct for the Protection of Minors) and Law 1098 of 2006 (Child and Adolescence Code). If you do not travel with your parents, it will be mandatory to present: Signed and notarized consent form from at least one parent authorizing the child to stay with someone else. NO EXCEPTIONS. Copy of the child's birth registry. Copy of the authorizing father’s document. 🟣 Internal control through identification handles: Upon check-in, each guest receives a wristband, which MUST be used throughout their stay to enter and access the common areas of the building. If it is lost or taken away, you must request a replacement at the front desk for a fee of $7,000 COP. Other things to note 🚗 Transportation and parking For extra safety, comfort, and economy, we recommend getting around by Uber or Driver. The apartment does not have a parking lot. If you decide to arrive by vehicle, you must take responsibility for where to park it, as we do not offer spaces or respond for external areas. 🚫 Important rules • No visitors allowed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas. • Leaving luggage at the front desk is not allowed. Therefore, we will not be able to receive or store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
