The space New 3 bedroom 2 storey house built in 2018 Located 1 minute walk through the forest to the beautiful Waikuku beach Waikuku beach is perfect for swimming and surfing and is lifeguard patrolled every weekend in summer and every day of the school holidays. This house sleeps up to 9 guests. The downstairs bedroom has 1 single bed and there are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a ensuite with sink, toilet and shower. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds. The main bathroom upstairs has sink, toilet, shower and large free standing bath. There is a third toilet and sink downstairs. The downstairs is an open plan area and has a comfortable lounge with tv and logburner, separate dining area and a window seat with a fold out couch that sleeps 2. The kitchen is a full size kitchen with a double oven, gas burner stove top, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a walk in pantry. The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine. At the back of the house there is a deck, lawn and large private patio area with plenty of outdoor seating, including an outside dining area and barbecue. The front of the house has plenty of room for off-street parking. Guests can also enjoy a large selection of family board games and books to read.
