The space Guest Capacity & Room Access: ◇​For 2 Guests: Access to the Master Bedroom (Queen-sized bed). The second bedroom will remain locked. ◇​For 3–5 Guests: Full access to the Second Bedroom. Bunk beds will be prepared based on the total number of guests. ◇​Overnight Policy: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. • Watch your favorite movies on Netflix with our 50" Smart TV. • Connect to our Bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite music. • Enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi access up to 150Mbps, best for work, play, or group study/review. • Chill and relax on our balcony facing the mountains, provided with a table and chairs. • Toiletries are provided for each guest, including soap, shower gel, shampoo, dental kit, and use of towels. • Free use of microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator. • We provide plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and utensils. • Cookware is available for light cooking to enjoy your home-cooked meals. • A private and spaciuos LAUNDRY area is available on the roof deck, equipped with an automatic washing machine and a hanging space for drying clothes. This is a secure, exclusive and convenient space for our guests. • Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are NOT allowed. • Check-in time is between 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm • Night check-in is from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm with an additional Php300 • Check-out time is strictly by 11:00 am Guest access SWIMMING POOL: • Guests may use the pool for a fee of P200/head. • Pool schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please take note that there is no pool access on these days: • Thursday - are for regular maintenance of the pool. • Weekends - reserved for residents only. COVERED PARKING: • Paid parking is available upon request, please book at least 1-day in advance. • Php300 overnight parking fee. • For booking please send us the following details 1-day in advance: plate number, car model & color Other things to note 1) It is prohibited to wear shoes, sandals and slippers inside the unit. We provide room slippers for you to use. 2) Check-in time is from 2 PM-5 PM. 3) Night Check-in is from 6 PM-9 PM, and may be subject to an additional fee of P300. 4) Check-out time is 11 AM. We need ample time to clean and sanitize the unit for our next guest. 5) Please be advised that 1 valid ID of the Primary Guest, and names & age of all guests shall be requested as per The Redwoods policy for the purpose of guest registration. Please note that this is required by the Property Admin of The Redwoods for guests who are booked in our unit. 6) Visitors are allowed to visit for a max. of 5 guests and must log-in with the Security guard at the entrance gate. 7) Visitors who are not booked are strictly NOT allowed to stay overnight. 8) Pool Fee: ₱200 per person. Payments should be made to the lifeguard on duty or at the admin office via GCash. Pool Schedule: Open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday only. ‼️ IMPORTANT NOTES ‼️ - Weekends and Holidays: Pool use is exclusive to residents only. - Thursdays: The pool is closed for maintenance. 9) Only authorized guests are allowed to enter the unit and can use the swimming pool facility. If there are additional guests to be accommodated please inform us. This is to gain Security and Safety Clearance during your stay. 10) Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are strictly NOT allowed inside the unit & balcony. 11) Events and parties are not allowed in the unit. 12) Please take note that there is NO free parking on the premises. 13) If you will avail a parking slot, we need 1-day in advance to book and register your vehicle. (car's plate #, color, brand) Parking fee: P300/day, and must be paid before your check-in. ***Available visitor parking slot is also available in the Admin office with Day , Overnight and hourly rate. Payments to be made at the PMO office. 14) Bathroom toiletries, coffee, and purified water, etc., are complimentary but not refillable. 15) Kindly take care of all the items inside the unit. Guests should cover fees if any of the Appliances/Furniture have been damaged due to misuse or negligence, including make-up stains on the towels and sheets. 16) Lock doors when leaving. We are not responsible or liable for any loss of your belongings. 17) Do not lose the keys. Lost or damaged keys will be subject to a P2,000 peso "lost key" fee. 18) Safety first, use the appliances responsibly. Warning: The Smoke Alarm is highly sensitive. Guests will be responsible for any fines that may incur upon triggering the alarm. 19) Before checking out, arrange the house in an organized manner, put all blankets on the bed, and all furniture/appliances are in the same place and condition as you check in the house. 20) Throw away all unconsumed food and beverages before departing from the unit. No dirty dishes should be left at the kitchen counter and sink. 21) Put trash in the garbage bins, located on the Lower Ground Floor. 22) Leave towels on the bed for inventory when checking out. 23) Check cabinets and shelves for personal items before leaving. 24) Turn off the AC, lights, and appliances when not in use. 25) Please help maintain cleanliness in the Unit - CLEAN AS YOU GO. 26) No cooking of dried fish or strong smelling dishes as it will leave unwanted odor in the unit. 27) PETS: • Only small pets are accepted on the property • Pet fee: P1000/pet per booking • Maximum of 2 pets only are allowed in the unit • Pets should have complete vaccination • Pets are not allowed to stay on the bed and sofa - please ensure to bring their crate or dog bed. • Pets must be attended inside the unit • Pets must be leashed at all times when going out of the unit. • Please dispose of pet waste in the designated waste bins. LINENS AND BATH TOWELS: - Our linens and towels are high-quality cotton. Any heavy or permanent stains found upon checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee. - This charge will be applied to cover professional cleaning services and will be documented with a complete report sent through Airbnb. - Please use bath towels for their intended purpose & do not use them as floor mats. A separate brown floor mat is provided for your use in the bathroom. - Kindly avoid leaving used towels on the floor to prevent heavy staining.
