This is a 2/2 ocean front condo on the penthouse level overlooking the beautiful serene Atlantic Ocean. Sit back and enjoy the sounds of the waves as you relax with a cold beverage. The space Master has balcony, TV with basic cable, King bed, huge windows, with bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom is equipped with a King bed, walk-in closet and TV. Washer/dryer is available in storage unit across from condo door. Storage until also houses 2 portable beach chairs and a beach cart. Guest access Guests will have access to condo workout room, which contains a sauna and shower, the library, pool and ocean. Other things to note • WIFI PASSWORD: 9043274201 • Strip all used bed linens and dirty towels and place them in either the laundry basket or the hamper basket located under the vanity in the master bedroom prior to departing • Turn off all TVs, Cable Boxes, Lights and Ceiling Fans in all rooms • Make sure Refrigerator /Freezer Doors are shut • Trash shoots are located by the end cap units of each floor, an addition trash bin is located on the south end of the upper parking deck. • Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start dishwasher when you leave • Unplug small kitchen appliances • Large Square Key opens front door, back door (pool entrance) and Ocean access to the condo building itself • Smaller of remaining two keys opens the front door to the condo unit and the larger key opens the double door storage closet located across from our unit PH4. The storage closet has a washer/dryer, an umbrella that attaches on to a beach chair and a collapsible beach cart to haul items to and from the beach. Feel free to use any of these items. • Plenty of beach bags, towels, etc at the condo. Do not drape any towels or items from either the from or back balconies • Front balcony has the two green plastic chairs to the left of the storage unit. • NO Smoking allowed in unit, balcony only without doors (screens) open and do not leave any ashes on balconies.
