This luxury apartment is in a prime position in a 5 Star Resort alongside Noosa National Park and only around 5 minutes stroll to the beautiful Noosa beach and the iconic Hastings Street shops and restaurants . This Beautiful apartment is in a very quiet and private setting, with access to resort facilities such as resort tropical lagoon pool, steam room, gym, lap pool and games room. We are located in the Sands Building on the second floor which is accessed by stairs or lift. The space The apartment is spacious and has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. The bedroom has a comfortable King bed (or twin singles) leading into a large modern ensuite bathroom with double shower and complete laundry. The spacious living room is equipped with a smart tv & an optional additional Sofa bed can be made up for extra guests if pre- arranged. The kitchen has a ceramic bench top with gas cooking and microwave oven, bar fridge, some essentials for cooking & a coffee pod machine. The living area leads through huge glass bi-fold doors onto your large relaxing outdoor undercover balcony. Guest access You will be able to utilise these facilities throughout the Resort... The heated tropical pool, lap pool, gym, steam room and games room . Plenty of free underground parking available. On site restaurant & bar and many more award winning restaurants within walking distance on the famous Hastings Street precinct. Things not included - Peppers reserves the use of the resort’s private buggy service to Hastings Street for their guests only not private Airbnb guests. This is an absolutely beautiful walk though & only 5 minutes from the resort to Hastings St! Also there is no Luggage storage available. Other things to note If your booking is for more than 2 guests, we can make up the sofa bed for your stay, the additional charge of $20 per extra guest, per night will be added to your stay. If you are traveling with an infant, we can send you the link for a local hire company that happily deliver to your apartment. They offer various baby items like a portable cot, pram or high chair etc. We provide bed linen & bathroom towels as well as pool towels for each guest. Luggage: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer luggage storage before or after check-in/check-out.
