Crescent Butte Barndominium with Disc Golf

Our 2 bed, 2 bath Bardominium is filled with extras including access to the Gilchrist State Forest, private 9 hole disc golf course and a Level 2 EV Charger. We are about 45 miles to the N. entrance of Crater Lake. The "Barn" is perfect for 2 couples, or families. Enjoy this upscale country setting. The space Crescent is a small, rural town in the middle of a multitude of outdoor activities. We are about 45 miles to the North entrance of Crater Lake. Within 20 miles you have dozens of lakes, rivers, boating, hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, SxS, dirt bike or quad riding, swimming and so much more. In the winter, it’s a perfect place to enjoy the snow. If we have enough snow, you can snowmobile right from the property into the forest service roads. The slope out the back door will be perfect for sledding! I We also have a 9 hole private disc golf course! We fell in love with the area because there is so much to do, we are confident you will find some fun activities too. Guest access The Barndominium is situated on 6 acres dotted with pine trees and has a standard two car garage in front, and studio apartment in the back that is separated by a door from the front garage. This studio has a queen Murphy bed, table and chairs for 6, two couches, TV with sound bar. an electric fireplace, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a full bathroom and laundry room. This set up makes it perfect for two couples. Through a door in the main garage, you go upstairs to the 700 sq. ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This is a well equipped, beautiful apartment with a balcony and gorgeous view of Diamond Peak. You have access to the entire place, and will find plenty of space to enjoy the various activity. We provide discs for our new 9 hole course, sleds for winter fun right out the back door, and much more! Other things to note We have plenty of parking if you want to bring a boat or SxS. You can hit the trails/Forest Service roads right from the property.
