Downstairs you'll find an extra living area, pro-quality home theater and indoor-outdoor game room. The space This property may have the most excellent view of Westcolang Lake in all of the Masthope Mountain community, and is a short 5 minute drive to Ski Big Bear and 15 minute drive to Woodloch Spa and Resort. The house also boasts an impressively large top floor combined kitchen, family room and dining area with fireplace and two story views of the lake. Two bedrooms (including the first master) also sit on that floor, and just above are two loft sleeping areas. One floor below you'll find the huge main master bedroom with prime view of the lake and luxurious master bath with jet spa tub and rainfall shower, as well as two more bedrooms, a supplementary lodge-themed living room, and a second outdoor deck. Finally, the bottom floor features a pro-quality home theater with electric-recline theater seats and a converted garage game room that connects to the driveway and pathway down to the lake. At the back of the house you'll find the massive hot tub, outside seat swing and a fire pit overlooking the lake. A stone path at the end of the driveway takes you to a large sitting area down by the lake, and (in season Memorial Day - October) a variety of boats for exploring the lake. A custom built dock extending 46-feet into the lake was just installed but is not yet shown in the pictures. Guest access Please bring your own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), toiletries (shampoo, soap) and garbage bags, thank you! Note that there is a small owner's apartment with separate entrance, blocked off from the rest of the house, located on the basement level of the home that you will not have access to (which will be unoccupied for your stay); other than that, the property is all yours to enjoy! Minimum Age to Rent - 25 Note that we are hesitant to accept reservations from guests that do not have positive feedback from other AirBnB hosts. **Sorry, no prom groups, no parties, no bachelor or bachelorette parties.** Other things to note *You will be required to sign a rental agreement contract, provide the names of everyone staying with you and provide a photo ID for the lead renter. You will also need to check in at the HOA office at the beginning of your stay to obtain a garbage compactor pass that gives you access to the community garbage drop-off area. During summer, any guest passes you may want to purchase can also be picked up there. In order to access the community summer amenities, an additional $10 fee per person per day will be charged at HOA office at time of check in.
