The Saltbox is a 2 story home totaling 6 bedrooms (plus day bed area and 4 bathrooms within the 3 units. Each unit does have its own entrance. For simplicity here is the break down of beds/baths per unit: (044 C) Captain's Quarters makes up the main floor of the duplex featuring a spacious living room, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom, down the hall the second bedroom contains two twin beds, and the third room offers another queen bed. The home also has a day bed in the sun room that can asleep one extra guest. Parking for 3 cars (044 B) Crow's Nest is the private upstairs space above the Captain's Quarters featuring a fully stocked kitchen, living room and 2 cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds, and the second larger bedroom features a queen bed with a bathroom off the hall. PLEASE NOTE, the staircase to the living quarters is steep and narrow. Parking for 2 cars (044 A) The Carriage House is a studio style cottage with a full kitchen, private bathroom and a queen bed. Parking for 1 car.
