The space The apartment offers three distinct private rooms, each accessible only to the guest who books it, similar to a bed and breakfast or hotel setup. Bathrooms and rooms are not shared among guests. Upon arrival, guests are provided with linens, beddings, and two towels per person—one large and one small. Additional towels and daily cleaning services are available at an extra cost of 10€ per person, payable directly to the cleaning department. A baby cot can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior request. Guests can conveniently reach the apartment via public transport, taxis, or private drivers. The Metro A line, with a stop at SPAGNA (Spanish Steps), provides easy access, with the street leading directly from the square. For those preferring private transport, a driver can be arranged to meet guests at the terminal exit and transport them directly to the apartment, with payment made directly to the driver. Please note that breakfast is not included in the stay. However, guests can enjoy a 20% discount at the breakfast bar located at the base of the building.
