Relax in this apartment in a suburb of Celle. The 70 sqm apartment is located in an old settlement house from 1938 and was renovated in 2022. Garden furniture is located in the front yard. The large driveway may be used for parking. The city center is about 3 km away. In Vorwerk there is a Dicounter, a Polish specialty store, a stationery store and a bicycle store. There is a Greek restaurant. Everything is within 10 minutes' walking distance. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (ceramic hob & stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, ironing board and iron). The washing machine, including detergent, may be used free of charge. Vinegar/oil, pepper/salt, coffee & tea are also at your disposal. We do not use disposable dishes. The living room has a TV and radio/CD deck. CDs are provided and can be listened to. There is a couch and a coffee table here. A desk with lamp can also be used as a workplace. In the living room cupboard are books as well as board and card games. A floor lamp provides cozy light. The queen-size bed in the bedroom invites you to dream. The mattresses measure 90 x 200 m. A cabinet, 2 bedside boxes with lamps as well as a laundry basket and 2 chairs as a shelf are also available. If the mattresses appear too hard, the OSB panels resting on the slatted frames can be removed. The dining room has 1 sideboard, 1 cabinet, 1 round table, 2 chairs and a hanging lamp. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and a half-height mirror. The apartment has been lovingly furnished. Guest access The right driveway next to the house may be used for parking. The well-kept front garden with seating furniture is intended for the guests. Use is desired!
