Relax with the whole family in this tranquil home. Only 10 minutes from the center of San Miguel. These are two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with a queen. Both rooms have their private bathrooms and there is also a large terrace with a living and dining area (shared amongst guests). There is one more room on this upper floor for two more guests, which is not included in this particular listing. The space Casa Nix is our family home. My husband Ronch and I (Nix) live in the house, on the ground floor. The upper floor is for guests, where there is also a terrace that would be private if you rent all 3 rooms. The house is part of a residence that has 2 shared pools and a gym. There is free transport to and from the city center, which is only 10 minutes away. There is also the option of homemade breakfast or lunch, just ask us! Guest access Guests have access to the upper floor and the large terrace in front of the bedrooms, which has a living and dining area. The ground floor (kitchen, living room, dining room) is our private space.
