SPRAY comfortable house with cactus garden

Spacious and safe space with cold/heat minisplit for those who need to rest if traveling by road or coming for work near Lincoln, we are 4 min from the Mty/Saltillo toll highway and 7 min from the Libramiento. In a private residential development, there are grocery stores and a Super 7 with an ATM. Close to the Grutas de García, with accessible exits to Potrero Chico and archaeological areas of petroglyphs and cave paintings, also close to different industrial parks between Escobedo and Sta Catarina. The space The property is located on the corner of the block, in front of a small square so parking 2 or 3 vehicles should not be inconvenient, our interior has a garden. The upper floor of the house has 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom, of which only 1 has a TV and AC. The second has a full private bathroom but does not have AC or TV, but it does have a clothes hanger, a double bed with a single trundle bed and a fan. In the middle there is a room with another single bed and some books. On the ground floor there is another double bedroom with TV, a third full bathroom, dining room and kitchen. In the backyard we have a laundry room, a washing machine with a spin cycle and clotheslines. *For the winter we leave 1 duvet per bed and note that the AC in the master bedroom and the one in the dining/living room can also be put in heating mode. You won't be cold. Guest access You can be in all the areas that are kitchen, garden, backyard with laundry area and intermediate room on the top floor with work table. In front of the house there is a park with games and the subdivision has a running track. Other things to note We give tours to petroglyph archaeological areas. We also have the possibility to transfer our guests to different points of the city and its metropolitan area such as the airport or the bus station, check with me if there is anything else I can help you with.
