The space The space is located on the first floor of a 2 family duplex. There is free parking available in the driveway (1 car - first come first served) and immediately on the street in front of the home (typically 2 cars can fit easily depending on the size of the vehicle). Additionally there is garage space that can be used for storage/another parking spot, if desired. Guest access The guests can access the basement and garage directly from the unit. The kitchen has a door to access the back patio. The upstairs unit cannot access any portion of your unit.
