This gorgeous self-contained 1 bedroom annexe offers a cosy "home from home" feel, and is decorated to a very high standard with a beautiful Laura Ashley theme. Built in 2007, this self contained annexe is accessed by an external gate via a small secluded courtyard through it's own private entrance. The picturesque Felixstowe promenade with it's colourful array of traditional beach huts, many bars and restaurants on your doorstep, and the vibrant town centre are just a short walk away. The space Completely refurbished to a very high standard, this beautiful Laura Ashley themed annexe comprises a large bedroom with a double bed and it's own bathroom with large walk-in shower. The spacious bedroom is a generous size with a double bed, free standing dress rail, drawers, and plenty of suitcase space. Within the spacious lounge there is a flat screen TV (with Netflix and SKY Entertainment including all SKY Sports channels), a comfy corner sofa, cosy snug armchair as well as a vintage dining table with seating for 2 guests, and a fully functional woodburner. The modern kitchen contains an integrated fridge with small freeze box, Convection/Grill/combination Microwave oven incorporating a grilling facility, two separate dual electric hobs, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Guest access Private entrance, lounge, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. All in a quiet setting but with the beach and the town centre each just an 8 minute walk away. The annexe has it's own driveway with ample parking space for one car. Mulberry Annexe has it's own entrance gate off the driveway, and door access is via a secure key safe with code details provided immediately prior to your stay. Other things to note Felixstowe offers a number of shops and amenities, easy access to the A14 and a railway station on the Ipswich to Felixstowe line. Felixstowe is an historic Edwardian seaside town with a pier, beautiful promenade including stunning gardens, and bustling town centre with many cafes, shops, cinema, bingo hall and much more - something for guests of all ages. Take a stroll along the beautiful promenade lined with colourful beach huts, visit the magnificent new Pier & The Boardwalk cafe and bistro, experience a show at the Spa Pavilion or step back in time at Landguard Fort and the Felixstowe Museum. This beautiful annexe resides within a quiet location with the beach and town centre each only a short walk away. Have a drink or bite at the Fludyers Arms and take in the panoramic views over the sea from the raised balcony seating. Further along the coast, (10/15 min walk) journey through the middle of the 18 hole Martello Course at the Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club - one of the oldest links golf courses in England - on your way to the hamlet of Felixstowe Ferry, home to Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club, the not to be missed foot & cycle ferry to Bawdsey and the Ferry Boat Inn (famous for its amazing fish & chips). Felixstowe also has a renowned Lawn Tennis club (where Emma Radacanu played her final match before winning the US Open tennis championship in 2021!), and at Landguard Point there is a foot ferry (1st April to 31st October) which takes you from Felixtowe beach to Harwich Harbour where you can find the famous 200 year old Alma Inn which serves up the most delicious pub food! And as if that's not enough just 10 miles away is the magnificent Sutton Hoo, home of the Anglo Saxon burial grounds as featured in the film "The Dig" along with a brilliant museum and the extraordinary long boat re-incarnation.
