The space This newly designed and fully refurbished 70 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and a baby. It features 2 private bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and ample closet space. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa-bed (for up to 2 people), a stylish display cabinet, a TV, and a dining table—perfect for relaxed gatherings. The apartment also offers 2 toilets and a shower, along with a washing machine for your convenience. In the kitchen, you'll find a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, as well as pots, pans, cookware, and dishes. All necessary towels and bed linens are provided fresh and clean, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Guest access The apartment is all yours - please treat it as you would your own home. You will have full access to the apartment and the building’s elevator. Washing machine is available inside the apartment for your convenience. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and the building. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Other things to note For bookings of 3-4 guests, bed linens are provided for the two bedrooms. If you need extra linens for the sofa bed, please let me know in advance so I can prepare them for you.
