In downtown Poitiers, 15 minutes from the Futuroscope (by car). New two-room apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Private parking available. As you enter the apartment you will find: - A bed (2 seater) and a sofa bed (2 seater). - A kitchen area with oven and microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee machine and kettle as well as kitchen and dishwashing necessities. - Iron and vacuum cleaner.
