Beautiful mini apartment in San José

The accommodation is very centrally located. A few minutes from downtown where you can find various tourist sites such as the National Theater, Teatro Mélico Salazar, La Sabana Metropolitan Park, etc. Also, close to restaurants and mainly bus stops that go to Guanacaste called Pulmitan de Liberia (it is in front). It is 350m from the Guanacaste Smart Transport and 950m from Terminal 7-10. Los Caribeños is about 2.5 km away. The space Inside the property there are 2 large apartments, 1 loft and the owners room house. So they will be aware if you need anything. However, you do not share more than the entrance to the place with the other guests, so you will be in a private place. The accommodation has a bed, a closet to store your clothes and tv. It has a kitchen cabinet equipped with what you need to cook on an electric basis. You have a microwave, rice cooker and coffee maker. It also owns a mini refrigerator and a sink. It has a private bathroom and also has a chair and dining area so you can enjoy your stay. The place has several windows which gives it very good lighting and ventilation. However, it has two fans if you require it. We do not have parking available. There is a parking meter outside the property that must be paid through the ePark app. Guest access The apartment shares the entrance to the lobby with three other apartments and the entrance gate to the property, however, it is independent of the other apartments. Other things to note For an additional cost, we offer laundry service that we do ourselves. You can ask us to receive the service. Or, about 1km away you can find a Laundromat called Lavamucho where you can do it yourself.
