Modern holiday house on the shore of a waterhole with a sauna

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min). The space The newly built house has two cozy bedrooms, an open kitchen-living room and a bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The hall has spacious closets for storing things. The bedrooms will accommodate four people, plus there is a sofa bed in the living room for two more guests. The house is surrounded by a large and spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and a built-in hot tub (sauna) with a bubble system. The terrace offers a beautiful view to the water, it is nice to go and cool yourself down in the summer, maybe even the first thing in the morning:) We also have a traditional Finnish sauna with swimming bridge outside, so everyone can find something suitable! Well-behaved pets are allowed, but please note that the property is not surrounded with a fence! Guest access The bus schedule is not very busy (∼2 times a day) in the area, so a car is required to stay with us. There are parking spaces for several cars right next to the house. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out at 11 am. Other things to note Use of the hot-tub sauna is possible at an additional cost (50€/heating) and needs to be booked in advance.
