Our awesome ship & family property is a true Sanctuary. Set In the Horizons High above the LA smog and craziness, just 10 min to the beach and shopping Close to Santa Monica & Malibu Pier Come home ,be rocked to sleep to sounds of owls, frogs & crickets. Watch the hawks sway in the open air skies above your outdoor Moon Tub. This is a restful sanctuary , a creative space , freestyle living intentionally silly . You will feel like you are in a feel good movie aboard the #Mothershippo. The space The Mothershippo is the main house on a family ranch with an incredible view and little art houses . She is is midway up our hillside property- completely private with wide open yet cozy spaces . Topanga is hot in the day time and chilly at night so bring flip flops and a down vest 🥴 The property is not fancy but it is honest . The place will inspire your curious soul and leave you relaxed appreciating the wonders of nature and art . Guest access The entire MotherShippo Ship is yours to enjoy for yourself . However the family keeps a room with belongings accessible from a separate entrance on the kitchen deck and can at times be heard at the laundry facilities behind the ship or watering the plants on the ship deck . Enjoy your expansive views from the 6 terraces amazing sunrises and sunsets on the roof , also great for meditation and cuddles . An unmatched experience worthy of a profile picture that will bring amazement and joy to you and your wonderfuls . I can refer a mobile massage therapist should you want to further spoil yourself . Other things to note Topanga is wilderness mountains with a lovely small town feel - please be careful with open fire , these hills burn easily 🥴 we are not allowed to use open fire pits until the winter - unfortunately. You may hear coyotes and mountain lions at night - the dogs will respond immediately. Frogs ,crickets and bird sounds all around - enjoy . On weekends our S curved roads are a popular destination for sport vehicles- race cars , motorcycles and the avid spandex clad bicyclists- enjoy the show ( you can catch a glimpse from the rooftop terrace if you hurry up there ) We do not allow any kind of gathering / partying out of respect for our neighbors- that includes inviting outside friends for meals or drinks . Only those who stay here are privy to our sanctuary. The property is amazing and guests often want to share its wonder and wow with others . This can be done with PERMISSION only - respect our privacy . This ranch is not intended to be a public venue or destination for random people . There are 2 other vacation rentals - you are welcome to gather w them if you hit it off . Most will want to see the Mothershippo, it’s up to you if you want to share the glory and wow with them and visa versa
