Large, loft area on our 280 acre farm, The Aerie offers a large space for families or groups of 2-8 people. The only traffic you might see here is a herd of deer munching fruit in the nearby orchard or a kindle of farm cats curiously eyeing your arrival. Pick fresh blueberries, (in season.) Winery Tasting Room, open Thursday- Sunday Close to I40 and Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, 1 hour to Nashville, Kayaking/Canoeing, Horseback Riding, Fishing, Hunting, ATV guided tours, Hiking opportunities nearby. The space This 1200 sq ft space is private and comfortable with Modern Farmhouse decor, and offers new appliances, 4 comfy queen built-in beds with privacy curtains, Lazy Boy leather sectional with three recliners, Lazy Boy stand-alone recliner, dining for 8, 65” SmartTV with surround sound, complimentary YouTube TV, Kitchenette with toaster oven/air fryer/convection/crisper, electric skillet, microwave and fridge. European tiled shower. NEW! High speed fiber internet, smart TV with complimentary live YouTubeTV and other apps available for streaming. Boxed lunches, charcuterie, continental breakfasts, ready to heat dinners (entree, salad and dessert) available upon request. 1 week to 10 days notice needed. Message for details. Guest access This space is above our winery production room. Guests may not enter the production room at any time unless accompanied by hosts, per State and Federal regulations . We have a VERY friendly dog. Please do not allow him into the Aerie space. He is not an inside dog. Guests have full access of the Aerie Space, free parking and may pick blueberries, or orchard fruits with host permission. Private wine tasting available upon request. Other things to note Please note: this space does not have a stand alone stove or oven. We do offer a two burner hot plate, crockpot, counter convection oven/toaster to cook or reheat casseroles,pizza etc; and microwave. We work with a local caterer to provide boxed lunches, charcuterie, continental breakfasts, ready to heat dinners with entree, salad and dessert. She usually needs 1 week to 10 days notice.
