This quiet, updated home is perfect for your stay for business, school, or pleasure. You have exclusive use of the front two bedrooms and bath with access to the stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and backyard. Your party will be the only party in the home. Significantly reduced rates for longer stays (1 week)!! Contact for more reduced for 1 month + (though I would be there some). I regularly host people who are in town on temporary assignments and/or moving to town for work/school. The space The space is an updated, single floor space in a 1950s home. You will find tile floors, granite countertops, and simple but comfy furnishings. Bedding and linens are 100% cotton and very cozy. You have exclusive access to 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Most people with small parties choose to stay in the smaller but cosy bedroom with a queen size bed and small desk area. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, a trundle twin, and a futon available for larger parties. All common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room, and backyard) are also always available. Guest access Everything but the master bed/bath is available for your use. This includes the grill out back, a reasonably well stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and the citrus trees in season (winter/spring). Other things to note Self check in and check out is preferred and utilizes a keyless entry. Coffee and tea are always available as are simple breakfast items such as eggs, oatmeal, and breakfast bars.
