Cozy house with natural plot in Sørlandet

We rent out a nice little house on Justøy. 1 km to Saltvika which is one of several beautiful sandy beaches on the island. 2 km to Brekkestø jetty with grocery store and ice cream kiosk. 7 km to 15 min to Lillesand city center and Kristiansand Zoo. Lots of great hiking trails starting from the house. We are neighbors with Justøy school which has a football field and playground. 5 simple bicycles are included. We also have a 16-foot dinghy that is included in the rent. Simple boat with 10 hp that easily goes in planing and takes you where you want in the blind alley. We have 3 cats. Other things to note We have a lovely flock of hens and a rooster. So just pick eggs when you're here. You can pick the ripe vegetables and berries you find in the garden.
