Independent access via a small living room. Upstairs, a cosy bedroom with a shower room/WC. Ideal for a peaceful break close to restaurants. We are passionate hosts and look forward to hosting you! The space A comfortable and perfectly equipped haven Although intimate in size, our room is designed to be a truly cosy nest. You will find all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay: quality bedding, a private bathroom with a toilet, and efficient, quiet air conditioning, ideal for cool summer nights. Equipment: Connectivity: Work or relax with fibre (Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable) and a TV. Family: We are happy to welcome young parents. A travel cot (0-3 years) is available, and the staircase is secured with a gate. Access: The property has a separate entrance. Access to the bedroom is via a staircase from an entrance hall/living room. Guest access You will have independent access, you will pass through a lockable cellar, which is located under your room, in which you will find a fridge at your disposal. You can store your bikes or any other bulky luggage. From this cellar, you will access an entrance via a lockable front door, and furnished with a sofa to relax if you need it. Access to your room is directly from this entrance, by a staircase equipped with a removable child safety fence. Other things to note Continental breakfast is available upon request upon arrival. It will be served in a room of the house or outside. It is not included in the booking.
