A beautiful apartment with ample space to socialise or relax, the apartment has a 'Netflix ready' TV in the lounge (no satellite channels). Parking is available for free for 1 car on the driveway, alternatively there's free street parking right outside the property. A short stroll away you will Sefton Park and the vibrant Lark Lane which is home to ample bars and restaurants. There is a large kitchen area equipped with pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher and toaster. The lounge has an array of contemporary furniture providing a social environment for a large number of guests. A coin operated washing machine and dryer are available for you to use in the communal area of building. Please note that these machines are shared with other residents in the building. Money spent on these facilities can be reimbursed by Flatzy at the end of your stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. All bedding is provided for 6 people to sleep. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for party groups The building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay. Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times. This is a standard security requirement for all our properties. This helps us ensure a smooth and safe stay for everyone. Thank you! Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
