Basement: -The basement features an additional bedroom, providing extra privacy and accommodation options. -Another bathroom is located in the basement, ensuring convenience for guests staying downstairs. -The second living room area offers a separate space for relaxation and entertainment, allowing different activities to take place simultaneously. -A washer and dryer are available in the basement, making it convenient to take care of laundry during your stay. -The presence of a second refrigerator in the basement provides ample storage for groceries and beverages. Loft: -The loft area is furnished with two bunk beds, offering a fun and cozy sleeping arrangement for children or additional guests. Outdoor Spaces; -Spacious stamped concrete patio with a. newly added hot tub! -Step out onto the deck, where you can soak in the natural surroundings and observe the various wildlife that frequent the area. Guest access The entire area has been set up for our guests to use. Other things to note -We welcome dogs to our property for an additional fee of $150 per dog. Each dog must weigh no more than 40 lbs, and we allow a maximum of 2 pets per booking.
