Book your vacation in this modern and bright and fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment which is centrally located minutes away from the popular Gzira and Sliema seafront where you can find various restaurants, bars and shops. We do not allow parties and it is important that guests are quiet between 10PM and 8 AM and show respect to the neighbors and the neighborhood. To ensure a peaceful stay, a noise detection device has been installed in the apartment. The apartment forms part of a quiet residential block and is situated on the 2nd floor served with a lift. Please note that there is a flight of stairs before one can access the lift and therefore we do not recommend this apartment to people who have difficulty with walking. The apartment itself is bright and airy and consists of two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony, a spacious open plan kitchen, living, dining room and a main bathroom. The living room has a sofabed that sleeps 2. A baby travel cot and high chair is also provided. Both bedrooms share a decent sized balcony. In the living room, you can also find an other balcony with street view. All rooms are air conditioned and apertures are double glazed. The apartment is fully equipped to host groups of 6 and has a washing machine. Upon arrival guests are provided with clean bed linen and towels, cleaning materials, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc. Guest access We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online. Other things to note This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information. Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible.
