The space This is a private bedroom #1 inside of a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome, which comes with everything exactly as pictured. Each of the bedrooms are listed on airbnb for 30 night minimum stays. Your bedroom is upstairs, along with the others, and has ample natural light, a ceiling fan to keep you cool, large closet space with a dresser, hangers and a hamper, dedicated work space with a desk and chair, wall mounted smart tv, full length mirror, wall mounted tv, all with a minimal, aesthetic vibe. Your full bathroom is in the hall with a spacious vanity and full tub. The bathroom may or may not be shared depending on whether bedroom #2 is occupied. The main floor has all of the common spaces such as the cozy living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and access to the garage and private patio space. Please note that the fireplace is only for decorative purposes only, it is not functional. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Guest access Guests have access to everything pictured! Aside from your private bedroom, the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, side yard, garage parking and washer and dryer are shared by all guests. For security purposes, mailbox access is unavailable. During your stay There are a total of three private bedrooms, each with a digital lock. All three rooms may or may not be occupied at the same time so you could potentially be enjoying the common areas to yourself.
