Guest access PROPERTY SAFETY RULES Bedrooms Bedroom doors should be closed at night to give protection in the event of a fire. Occupancy The maximum occupancy of this property is 6 people. Additional guests sleeping on sofas, floor or camp beds is not permitted since this increases the fire risk of the property. Smoking Smoking in public spaces, such as communal rooms and corridors, within bed and breakfast accommodation is prohibited by law across UK. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes is allowed in the property, nor any device that has a naked flame or electrical lighting coil. Please go well away from the property if you wish to do this. Cooking Do not use deep fat fryers - none are supplied Do not use candles, tea lights or anything that has a naked flame Do not use barbecues/BBQs of any kind - none are supplied Heating Do not use portable electric fan heaters or portable heaters that burn oil, gas or solid fuel - none are supplied.
